Translation price is decided by language, volume, degree of difficulty and deadline.

All our translators (both in-house and affiliates) are professional translators trained by our own skill teaching program.
We normally use native speakers of the target language. Otherwise, native proofreading is included in the quotation.
Our translators have a variety of background and specialized areas, so that we may select the most suitable staff for each assignment.

Can you offer the trial translation so that we can decide to consign a job or not?
Yes, we can offer free trial translation within 250 English words or 500 Chinese/Japanese characters.
Can the proofreading of already translated document be entrusted?
Yes, but the proofreading cost is 50%-100% of translation cost. If we judge a re-translation is necessary, we charge full translation cost.
What does editing and typesetting fee refer to?
The fee for editing and typesetting will be charged if the form and format needs considerably complicate
editing work in the Word, Excel, Powerpoint, HTML documents.
Can revision be offered for free if problem is found after translation?
Yes, after translation is submitted, we will answer your questions and revise the translation-caused problems if there is any.
Can the translation be stamped by your company if needed?
Yes, for the documents that need to be stamped to prove their correctness, we will stamp them to shoulder public responsibility, but stamping needs separate charging.
Our stamping service is limited to the documents consigned by an enterprise and translated by our own company. (Personal order is not accepted.)
